Having little ones choose to be baptized is a very special moment in time. By age 8 they are beginning to understand more, making big decisions for themselves with their sweet faith and testimony, and trying to grow up way too fast. I've noticed that in my own little boy more and more in the past year as he's turned eight. Lately he tends to hang out with the bigger kids, and adults more than the littles. He likes having more in depth conversations and figuring out how things work. It makes me so happy, but also yearn for the times that he was just a happy toddler playing with his trucks. Guys, life flies by way too quickly! I can't even believe it!
Baptism minis are honestly one of my favorite sessions. Its time to spoil the sweet 8 year old and make them feel incredibly special. It's a time to celebrate them for who they are and love every ounce of who they are becoming. I'm even more proud of this cute girl below because she is my own beautiful niece. Born just three months before my oldest son, it's been fun to watch her grow up and be such a light to those around her. Here are a few favorites from our little session.
I would love to work with you! Please contact me to schedule your next session! :)
